# HappyX Runtime Closure Note

## Status

Active MAGI runtime is 6.30 hours against the requested 7-hour target, leaving about 0.70 hours. The overall goal remains active.

Task 60 is recorded and live:

- `docs-task-60-review` passes in the public verification gate.
- Public state shows 60 completed tasks and the next review target at task 70.
- Happydoc renders the task-60 review and cadence records on desktop and mobile without horizontal overflow.

## Current Boundary

Production storage remains JSON-backed. SQLite open, backup rotation and restore checks remain dry-run readiness evidence only.

No production SQLite switch has been made. No production restore command has been enabled.

## Closure Criteria

Completion remains withheld until one of these is true:

- Active MAGI runtime reaches 7 hours and the final public gate passes.
- The user explicitly accepts the documented active-runtime gap.

Before any production storage switch, the guarded switch plan must confirm rollback selection, backup retention, restore preflight and public redaction gates.
